This document outlines the terms and conditions that govern purchases from us. Please ensure you review these terms in full before placing an order. By submitting an order for any of our products, you acknowledge and accept that you are legally bound by the provisions detailed here. When placing an order with 1DA, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age, or that you have obtained appropriate consent from a parent or legal guardian to make the purchase. These terms apply to all current and future transactions with 1DA for the sale and delivery of goods. Your statutory rights remain unaffected. No other terms or changes to the terms & conditions shall be binding unless agreed in writing and signed by us.

1DA is responsible for safeguarding any personal information you provide or that we obtain during the course of our business relationship. Your details will be used solely for purposes such as delivering your orders and sending you relevant promotional material or catalog information. Your data will not be shared with any outside parties beyond what is strictly necessary for these functions. You are entitled at any time to review, request corrections to, or demand the deletion of the information we hold about you. FORCE MAJEURE
Circumstances beyond 1DA’s reasonable control that could not have been anticipated will be treated as force majeure. In such situations, 1DA is relieved from its contractual obligations for the duration of the disruption. Examples include, but are not limited to: government actions or failures to act, legislative changes, political conflict, embargoes, fires, flooding, acts of sabotage, accidents, war, natural disasters, labor strikes, or supply chain failures. Force majeure also encompasses regulatory decisions that negatively affect product availability or market conditions, such as bans, warnings, or restrictions. 

PAYMENT
Ownership of goods remains with 1DA until payment has been received in full. The price applicable to your order is the one displayed at the time of purchase. All shipping charges and applicable payment fees are clearly presented before you confirm your order. Customers under the age of 18 must have parental or guardian approval to make a purchase. All payment transactions are processed via secure, specialized third-party gateways to ensure your protection. Questions regarding payment are referred to Klarna's app (https://app.klarna.com) and customer service (https://www.klarna.com/customer-service).

LOCAL TAXES
Depending on your location, additional charges such as customs duties, import taxes, or local sales tax may apply. These costs are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the purchase price.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
1DA retains the right to modify any content or details on our site - including prices, technical specifications, purchasing terms, or product offerings - without prior notice. If you're an EU consumer, you may submit complaints via the European Commission's ODR platform (https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr). Should a product be unavailable after you place an order, we may cancel the purchase and return any funds paid in the most efficient manner possible. Where appropriate, we may also suggest alternative products of similar quality or function.
