Refund policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
For a return to be approved, the product must be in the exact state it was delivered which is unused, unworn, with all original tags still attached, and in the original packaging. Proof of purchase (such as your receipt) is required.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Check your order as soon as it arrives. If you discover it’s defective, damaged, or not the item you ordered, contact us right away so we can assess the problem and resolve it.
Exchanges
If you’d like a different item, the quickest method is to return your current purchase (following the above steps) and place a separate order for the new product once the return is confirmed.
EU Customers:
If your order was shipped to the EU, you have 14 days to cancel for any reason—no explanation needed—as long as the item meets our standard return requirements.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll let you know if your refund request has been approved. Approved refunds are issued back to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card provider may need additional time to post the funds.
